Here is the candidate guide for the Nov. 5th Federal election. The 3rd Barnstable - Consisting of Precincts 4, 5, and 6 of the town of Bourne, Precincts 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, and 9, of the town of Falmouth, and the town of Mashpee, are all in Barnstable county.
