In 1961 Kamala Harris was born in California to a father and mother who were in the United States on a student visa. They did not own property in the United States nor did they own a business in this country. Kamala's father was a citizen of Jamaica at the time of her birth. As a foreign national residing in our country at the time of her birth, her father was not able to confer on her 'Natural' US citizenship. Kamala Harris is a 'native' born citizen and is qualified to hold the Federal office of Senator.

All of the articles that came out in 2020 and questioned her citizenship status spewed sound and fury but ignored the obvious facts. Kamala Harris is not qualified to be President and she was not qualified to be Vice President. When the founding fathers wrote the Constitution they made the office of President and the office of Vice President separate races on the ballot. They protected the office of President from people with foreign allegiances by using the well accepted term 'natural' citizen but they left the qualifications for Vice President undefined. Subsequent to the adoption of the Constitution, the political parties developed and combined the election of the President and Vice President to avoid the possibility of candidates from different parties winning the two highest Federal offices.

Nancy Pelosi has created the most serious Constitution crisis in the history of our country and all because she wanted to be president without running for office.

In 2020, Joe Biden was showing obvious signs of mental decline which the mass media was happy to cover up. The health crisis of 2020 gave him a perfect excuse to 'campaign' from his basement and avoid all spontaneous contact with the press or citizenry. In 2020 the democrats held the majority in the House of Representatives and as Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi was third in line to be president if anything should happen to Joe Biden of Kamala Harris. She knew that if Joe Biden was proven to be mentally incapacitated he could be removed through the 25th Amendment. From NPR- " After numerous congressional hearings, the final version (of the 25th Amendment) passed the House and Senate in 1965, and was ratified on Feb. 10, 1967.

There are four sections to the 25th Amendment:

• Section 1 stipulates that the vice president will assume the role of president in case of death or resignation.

• Section 2 covers the event of a vacancy in the office of the vice president; in such a case, the president is responsible for nominating a candidate who must be confirmed by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress. The history of Section 2 ensures there is both a president and vice president at all times.

• Section 3 states that the president has the discretion to declare his own inability to carry out the job, and allows him to temporarily cede power to the vice president. It makes it clear, however, that the vice president does not assume the office or title of president.

• Section 4 has, to date, never been implemented, but it's the piece of the amendment currently receiving media attention. The language empowers the vice president and the cabinet to declare a president "incapacitated":

Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.

Section 4 addresses the problem of a president who is unable or unwilling to acknowledge his or her inability "to discharge the powers and duties" of the presidency. It would be used most likely if a president falls unexpectedly unconscious, though it also clearly applies when a president is "incapacitated" because of some other mental or physical inability."

In 2022 the House was flipped and the republicans took charge but not until they had scrabbled for every vote and tried to claw back every seat so they could retain the majority. Their efforts failed and Nancy Pelosi had to acknowledge that she was out as Speaker of the House and no longer in the line of succession to be president.

It is almost two years since that election and now the mental decline of Joe Biden can not be ignored by the American public any longer. The democrats have a serious constitutional Crisis on their hands and through them, the entire country. If Joe Biden resigns or is removed through the 25th Amendment, there is an assumption that Kamala Harris will act as President but a careful reading of the Constitution clearly reveals that she is unqualified, by birth as a 'native' born citizen, to be president. Nancy knew this and was prepared to remove Kamala from office when Joe stepped down. The Chess board is different now. If Joe steps down in any way and Republicans find the spine to follow the Constitution, Kamala will not proceed to act as president, she will not be on the ballot to be president, she will be removed from her office because she is not Constitutionally qualified to be or act as president and the republican Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson will assume the duties of and act as President until the newly elected president is inaugurated on Jan. 20, 2025. He will have to appoint someone to be Vice President because the Constitution requires that there always be a President and a Vice President.

This is the crisis we are in and Kamala is at the center of it. The democrats were so intent on having a woman of 'color' be their vice President they abandoned a close reading of the Constitution. Nancy Pelosi had her own reasons for covering up the problems with Kamala's citizenship and now the wolves are moving in for the destruction of Joe Biden.

The American public needs someone with impeccable credentials to do the homework and spell out why Kamala Harris must not become acting president.
