Here is the candidate guide for the 2nd Barnstable district for the Nov. 5th Federal election. 2nd Barnstable - Consisting of Precincts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 13, of the city known as the town of Barnstable, and Precincts 5, 6, and 8A of the town of Yarmouth, both in the county of Barnstable.
